Excellent! I had a little hitch as my shoes were a bit small , i bought on-line, but I live near the head office and rang to see what could be done as I wanted the shoes for my hols. No problem, take them back to the nearest shoetique, 10 mins away, and try another pair similar, which I did and they fitted, and i got a refund of the difference in price sent back to my account. I bought on-line, but changed locally and they sorted out my refund. Brilliant, all on the same day.

Good value, excellent service.Have purchased from Shoetique quite a few times most recently last week. They were as usual a pleasure to deal with. Let down by deliveryHave bought several items in past . Always let down by city link . We were all in and they claimed to have attempted delivery . They said they would redeliver the same day . Phoned at enormous expense several times to be told that they were 3 mins away etc come 6 pm they had not delivered . Ended up driving to the other side of coventry to collect it on Saturday morning . The parcel was completely broken open ..hopeless .good prices rubbish delivery !
